- 4 Material brands specified in writing — Which implant brand? Which veneer material? Get it documented. "Premium materials" isn't good enough.
- 5 Warranty terms documented — What's covered? For how long? What's the process if something fails?
Strong Positive Signs
These indicate a clinic that takes quality seriously:

- ⚠️ Vague about materials — "We use the best materials" isn't an answer. If they won't specify brands, walk away.
- ⚠️ Pressure tactics — "Book today for this price" or "This deal expires tomorrow." Legitimate clinics don't use high-pressure sales.
- ⚠️ No warranty offered — If they won't stand behind their work, why should you trust it?
- ⚠️ Cookie-cutter portfolio — All before/afters look identical. Good cosmetic dentistry is customized to each patient's face and preferences.
- ⚠️ No habilitación visible — If they can't or won't show certification, don't proceed.
Questions to Ask Before Booking
Send these via email or WhatsApp and see how they respond:
- What specific brands do you use for implants/veneers? (Acceptable answers: Straumann, Nobel Biocare, E-max, etc.)
- Can I see your habilitación certification?
- What training does the lead dentist have? (Look for specific institutions)
- Do you have an in-house lab?
- What's included in your quoted price? (X-rays, follow-ups, medications?)
- What warranty do you offer?
- What happens if I have a problem after returning home?
- Can I see before/after photos of similar cases?
- How long have you been treating international patients?
A quality clinic will answer these questions thoroughly and without hesitation. Evasiveness is a red flag.
Research Beyond the Clinic's Website
Don't rely solely on what clinics tell you. Check:
- Google Reviews — Look for detailed reviews that mention specific procedures and experiences, not just "great service!"

- Is the quoted price detailed and itemized?

- Are they transparent about potential complications or limitations?
- Do they pressure you to commit immediately?
A good clinic will take time to understand your situation before quoting. If someone quotes you immediately without seeing X-rays or asking questions, be cautious.
